As with any industry there is a fair amount of “jargon” in web development and design.  Actually there is a ton of jargon.  The main focus of this area is to act as a quick reference for all that jargon that spills across your table when you start talking internet–a glossary of sorts.  Furthermore there will be other helpful, hopefully useful information and links to various tutorial videos referencing much of the software systems used at creativeLab.  As the internet changes this section will change, but the idea is to give you, the customer, an introduction and reference point for the online world.
